In the recent decade, different researchers have performed hardware implementation for applications covering various areas of experts. this research paper, a novel analog design and steps fuzzy systems with current differencing buffered amplifier (CDBA) are proposed compact structure that can be used in many signal processing applications. The circuits capable wide input range, simple structure, highly linear. Different electrical parameters were compared system when using membership functions. novelty paper lies electronic realizing amplifiers. When power supply voltage CDBA is 2 V, it results 155 mW, dissipation; 4.615 KΩ, resistance; 366 output resistances; 189.09 dB, common-mode rejection ratio. A 155.519 gain, 0.76 V/μs, slew rate analyzed 3 V. realized 20 nm CMOS technology investigated an high precision speed, illustrating suitable real-time consequence feedback resistance on adder circuit defuzzified also best obtained 100 K resistance. has low complexity leading to delay rather quality.
